Adult learning participation during the last 4 weeks, measuring the share of 25–64-year-olds who have participated in formal or non-formal education and training during the last 4 weeks. This share can be broken down by sex, narrower age brackets, level of educational attainment, occupational status, degree of urbanisation, type of learningand migration background. Adult learning participation including guided on-the-job training, measuring the share of 25–64-year-olds who have participated in formal or non-formal education and training during the last 12 months. This share can be broken down by sex, narrower age brackets, level of educational attainment and degree of urbanisation.
