General conditions of use 

1.    By participating in the Knowledge Sharing Community, you are bound to respecting the general conditions of use in full.

2.    The chat is moderated by representatives of the Publication Office of the EU. The aim for all is to ensure a respectful and professional environment for the users of the Knowledge Sharing Community.

3.    The documents shared by users in the chat must serve only as informative material and as a tool for sharing best practices among Official publishers, and must not be disseminated outside the Forum or used for other purposes than those relevant to the Forum. When sharing their documents and information, each user is responsible for ensuring the compliance with applicable rules, e.g. personal data protection, intellectual property rights, business confidentiality, information security.
