- The Legislative Office by Parliament Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina drafts the texts.
- A special text processing system exists, a combination of standard software packages and specific software.
- Different systems are used for primary and secondary (delegated) legislation.
- Texts are directly exported to XML format.

There is no single integrated electronic workflow system for drafting, adopting and publishing at the moment, but the authority is currently developing such a system. |
| Publishing |
- The editorial department of the publishing body is in charge of proofreading and editing.
- The minimum period between reception of the draft by the publishing workflow and availability of the published text amounts to few hours.
- The paper and electronic versions are derived from the same final text file and are published at the same time.
