Archiving
The authority issuing the official journal shall store the legal acts published in that journal in the form of electronic documents.
The issuing authority shall keep one copy of each of these journals also in the form of printouts certified as true copies by that authority. Acts in the form of printouts and original files are kept permanently.
The issuing authority forwards one copy of each of these acts in the form of printouts to the President of the Republic of Poland, the Marshal of the Sejm and the National Library for storage.

Since 2012, consolidated text of a normative act shall be published at least once every 12 months if that normative act was amended.
