The online publisher (Official Gazette) is in charge of archiving. Workflow
There is a single integrated electronic workflow system is in MS Word for drafting and adopting. Acts contained in the Official Gazette are published in PDF and HTML format.
Publishing
The Office is in charge of proofreading and editing the texts.
Official Gazette is publishing regularly, as appropriate, in printed and electronic version, in languages defined by law, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the day of the submission for publication of legal acts as established in Article 4 of the Law of Official Gazette.
The paper and electronic versions are derived from the same final text file and published concurrently.

Content
The Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo contents the following: the Constitution; legislation; international agreements; decisions of the Constitutional Court; decrees of the President; declarations and resolutions adopted by the Assembly; bylaws adopted by the Government and/or its ministers; other legal acts as prescribed by the special laws, as well as the Official Gazette Annual INDEKS.
