AO 10559: Integrated logistics services
All tasks related to the physical distribution of publications managed by the Publications Office to 1 integrated logistics services provider (ILSP). These tasks cover the following domains:
1. inbound logistics (optional upon Publications Office request);
2. warehousing, including:
2.1. receiving;
2.2. storage;
2.3. returned goods management;
2.4. destocking;
3. order data entry and processing;
4. handling, including packaging materials procurement and insertions;
5. kitting;
6. print on demand;
7. outbound logistics, including:
7.1. shipment tracking;
7.2. services at the point of delivery;
7.3. reverse logistics;
8. IT-based integrated logistics management (ILM) services;
9. dedicated customer service, including:
9.1. dedicated OP account management resources;
9.2. training;
9.3. meetings;
9.4. monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI);
9.5. reporting;
10. special tasks.
