Līgumā jo īpaši iekļauj: Pakalpojums ietver Konsultanta pienākumu izpildi saskaņā ar Līgumu, pamatojoties uz GTC un SWK, jo īpaši: - supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verifying the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors, - managing, performing investor supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate, - conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this regard with the Contracting Authority, including, among others, with the Branch Director, Project Manager and communication position at the GDDKiA Branch and the Contractor's representatives, - fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this regard with the GDDKiA services, - fulfilling obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and current procedures of the Project beneficiary for the OPIE (or procedures that will apply in the next EU perspective), - providing investor supervision over the execution of construction works and participation in guarantee reviews and supervising the removal of possible defects/defects found in guarantee reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, - supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, - supervising design works and works in the scope of additional tasks necessary to perform the Project arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act, - constant monitoring, conducting and settling matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors of the Contractor's documents and construction works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant's Teams supervising neighboring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to develop the principles and manner of proper implementation of the Contractor's documents and construction works. Vajadzības gadījumā līgumslēdzēja iestāde ieceļ galveno konsultantu, kas nodarbojas ar koordinācijas lietu projektu saskarnē.
