The present document is the final report for the “Evaluation of the activities of the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters”. Results of the evaluation will contribute to the preparation of the European Commission's report on the activities of this Network and the establishment of conclusions which could lead to proposals aimed at adapting the legal basis of its functioning, if considered appropriate. This final report presents the findings of the evaluation for which different evaluation tools have been applied including a web-based survey, qualitative interviews with experts in the field, quantitative data, and a poll-type survey during the EJN conference in March 2014.
