Cur síos: Under this point: The tenderer ́s organisation and follow-up of the contract in order to ensure the contracting authority ́s needs. Documentation requirement: Completed Annex 3 - Response to the award criteria Quality, assignment comprehension and competence. In this annex the tenderer shall: Describe the organisation intended for the framework agreement, including a permanent gender neutral preferred with responsibility for following up all deliveries. Describe how the tenderer plans to carry out the work, including methodology, use of equipment and technology, as well as measures to ensure quality and efficiency in the execution of fibre work. Describe how the tenderer ensures continuity of the service delivery in the event of long-term illness, leave or other absence. Present a plan for response time and management of unforeseen events, for example in the event of acute fibre breaches resulting from overgraving cables/cables. The plan shall include how error recovery is organised, prioritised and carried out in order to minimise interruptions to operations. Under this point: Competence and experience of the offered personnel, with particular emphasis on reference projects of an equivalent nature and knowledge of fibre mapping tools (Telme/Telemator). Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall submit cVs for the following personnel: 1 fibre work (experience with fibre shaving, route laying and error recovery). One consultant (senior consultancy and engineering design services). CVs shall refer to experience through relevant reference projects that show the ability to carry out the assignment, as well as knowledge of fibre mapping tools (Telme/Telemator). Please note that it is the offered personnel who shall comply with the contract.
