The services provided are considered to be a non-priority service listed in Annex X1V of Directive 2014/24/EU Public Procurement Directive. The value of the services is below the EU threshold.
The complexity of the market and the knowledge acquired by the existing service provider of this specific country means that the university considers Design Workshop Ltd to be the only provider wit the necessary technical knowledge to perform the service
