The EU Ecolabel criteria minimize the environmental impact of wood-, cork- and bamboo-based floor coverings. They aim at preserving biodiversity, reducing emissions of pollutants into water and air, limiting CO2 emissions and energy consumption during the products’ manufacturing process, and reducing the use of hazardous chemicals.
