Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of a flat-rate post-warranty service for a medical device, the Da Vinci robotic system, serial number SK7334 (‘the device’), for a period of 8 years, including the servicing of all components and accessories. Scope of performance: • all repairs of the device to maintain the full function of the device • all spare parts that are necessary to use during repairs, including all components with a defined lifespan • all mandatory safety modifications and updates of the device in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions on maintenance of equipment • work and travel costs without restrictions • regular safety technical inspections (BTK) of the device in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions given in the instructions for use of the ZP in question, as per ust. Section 45 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, including replacement of spare parts of a consumer nature and issuance of documents on performed BTK • professional training or instruction according to the provisions. Section 41 of Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, as necessary, but at least once a year
