Description

The subject of performance of the public contract is specified in detail in Annex 10 to the ZD and in Annex 1 to the Binding Model Contract. The contractor will be obliged to ensure continuous supervision (24/7) of the building provided by regular patrol activities, monitoring of the situation in the building, handling of emergencies, operation of installed security technologies. Continuous fire surveillance, connection of the building to the PCA takes place in accordance with Act No. 133/1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended. Part of the subject of performance will be the elaboration of a Directive on the performance of surveillance, which will be submitted to the contracting authority before the commencement of the service.
