Description

The target of the acquisition is planning consultancy services related to new construction, alteration and renovation projects, real estate companies and rental properties in the North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area. The procurement consists of 16 sub-areas. Based on competitive tendering, the client forms 16 framework agreements by sub-area. Below are the sub-areas of the procurement and the maximum value of each sub-area (VAT 0%). The estimated total value of the procurement, taken together, does not exceed EUR 3 000 000 (VAT 0%). 1. Sub-topic: Main and architectural design (700 000 €) 2. Sub-topic: Structural design (240 000 €) 3. Sub-topic: LVIJSPR design and consultation work (€300,000) 4. Sub-topic: RAU design (€200,000) 5. Sub-topic: Electrical engineering (SKT) and KT infrastructure design, 20 kV electrical systems (€300,000) 6. Sub-topic: Electrical engineering (SKT) and KT infrastructure design, electrical systems under 1 kV, AV and security system design (€300,000) 7. Sub-topic: Geotechnical design (€200,000) 8. Sub-topic: Fire engineering design (80 000 €) 9. Sub-topic: Design of pipe mail systems (80 000 €) 10. Sub-topic: Acoustic design (80 000 €) 11. Sub-topic: Institutional kitchen design (80 000 €) 12. Sub-topic: BIM Coordinator (€80,000) 13. Sub-topic: Infrastructure services for road, street and regional engineering (100 000 €) 14. Sub-topic: Maintenance book coordinator (€80,000) 15. Sub-topic: KSL design (80 000 €) 16. Sub-topic: Logistics and hospital planning (€100,000) The provider can offer one or more areas. The tenders for each sub-area will be evaluated separately. Five framework contractors will be selected for each framework agreement. If there are fewer eligible bidders/offers, all eligible bidders will be selected. Tenderers shall be ranked on the basis of this tendering procedure. The operating model of the framework agreement is described in the draft framework contract attached to the invitation to tender. The actual framework contract period for each sub-area is two years, after which it is possible to extend the contract with a two-year option.
