The object of the contract is the supply of building materials, for the needs of the operation: "Restoration of towers P7, P8 and post-towers M6-M7, M7-M8 and M8-M9 of the Medieval Castle of Molyvos".

Technical specifications of materials 1. A liquid admixture that will act as a broad spectrum superfluidizer (according to special specification SK-308 ¨Chemical additives for concrete) and ASTM C-494: A , F). It shall be CE-certified as a strong water-superfluidizer for concrete, in accordance with EN 934-2:T3.1 and T3.2, shall be chloride-free and with a maximum alkali content of ≤ 4,0 % by weight. 2. Natural Pozolan "Theraic earth" (powder): The pozzolan "terrestrial beast" will be natural, finely ground (maximum grain 75μm and with the largest percentage of grains less than 45μm.). Its hue will be off-white-beige and will have a pozzolanicity index of at least 5MPa. The material will be free from water-soluble alkalis, while the available alkalis will not exceed 2%. It will be delivered in well-sealed plastic bags of 20kg. or 25kg. 3. Hydraulic Lime NHL 3.5: Dry mixture for natural hydraulic lime mortar with a very low content of water-soluble salts. It fully meets the technical specifications set out in UNI Regulation EN 459-1 (> 3.5 MPa in 28 days) and has the CE conformity marking. The material will be delivered in well-sealed plastic bags of 25kg. 4. Colours: In shades of ochre, sienna raw, black, blue ultramarine, inorganic origin, in powder form. The material will be delivered in well-sealed plastic bags of 5 kg. 5. Natural hydrated lime powder (CL90): Class CL90 dry hydrated lime according to EN459-1. 6. Injection tubes of external diameter Φ18: The cannulae will be used to penetrate the hydraulic lime grout masonry. For this reason, they should be transparent, flexible, alpha-rubber type, with a strength of >10 bar and an external diameter of Φ18. 7. Lead Sheet(1.5mm Thickness 0.5X5 Meter Rolls): The lead sheet will be of excellent quality with a high (>95%) pencil content, 50 cm wide, packed in rolls 5 meters long. 8. Black cement in bags of 25 kg The cement will be CEM II 42,5 N, of recent production, type Portland, will necessarily carry the CE certificate of conformity, that is, it will meet the requirements of the European Standards ELOT EN 2197-1-2000 and ELOT 197-2-2000. It will be delivered to the construction site in durable, well-manufactured paper bags, sealed in the factory, which will not be torn and will not be damaged by poor storage. The material contents of all bags will be the same and weigh 40kg. 9. Beams 60X120X3 mm (pieces 6m long): Cold-formed beams made of hot-rolled sheet, Quality Steel S235, according to EN10025 10. Stainless steel reinforcing bars, diameter Φ12: according to the Reinforced Concrete Steel Technology Regulation (KTX 2008) 11, 12. Building timber - shavings (dimensions 47x245mm/ 4m) - chips (dimensions 75X75mm/3.60m): The slats and lats will be made of wood from a Northern European fir dryer, of excellent quality (category us: A1-A4) simple, without knots, tears and distortions. For the certification of timber, interested parties must submit either a Wood Quality Certificate or a Solemn Declaration (of Law 1599/1986), in which they will declare the country of origin and that the timber is suitable for the manufacture of moulds, in accordance with the specifications laid down in the Greek Technical Specification: ELOT IN 1501-01-04-00-00: ‘Concrete construction moulds’. Madeira shall be of central or north-European drier fir (Austria, Germany, Sweden, Finland), 25 cm wide (±5%) cm thick and of superior quality (us class: A1-A4). They will be delivered in lengths of 4.0m. They will be suitable to be used in cast-wall or micro-structure forms. The items to be procured are classified under the following codes of the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 44111000-1/ . Building Materials This contract shall not be divided into lots and shall be awarded as a whole because: If the contract is divided into different lots, the coordination of several different contractors to achieve a comprehensive result will be more difficult, and any failure or failure of one contractor may jeopardise or even impossibility to carry out the actions of other contractors. The estimated value of the contract is sixty thousand three hundred and forty-one euros and eighty-eight cents (€60,341.88) excluding VAT 17%, {estimated value including VAT: seventy thousand six hundred euros (EUR 70 600.00), VAT: ten thousand two hundred and fifty-eight euros and twelve cents (10.258,12€)}. The delivery time of the materials to be supplied is set at up to three (3) months from the date of signature of the contract. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in ANNEX I to this notice. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of price.
