Description

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of communication materials. The product descriptions are set out in Annex 1. The object of the procurement also includes carrying out training on the use of each product offered at the request of the contracting authority. The training must be carried out in Estonian and the venue is, respectively, the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the public limited company ‘Põlva Haigla’ Uus 2, Põlva. The contract is divided into 9 lots. A tender may be submitted for one or more lots. Framework contracts shall be awarded in accordance with the terms of Annex 2 (1 contracting authority) or Annex 3 (2 contracting authorities) for each lot separately, with a time limit of 31.10.2028. Where the same tenderer is awarded several lots, it shall be awarded a single framework contract covering all the lots in question. / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See procurement documents
