Description

The object of the procurement is subsidised housing for homeless people in dispersed dwellings. Supported housing is provided to homeless people who need support in moving to or from independent living. The support consists of social counselling, i.e. guidance, counselling and assistance. Supported housing is provided at the customer's home and outside the home. Housing is based on the tenancy relationship between the customer and the service provider, which complies with the Act on the Rental of Residential Apartments. The service to be procured is described in more detail in the tender documents. Six (6) tenderers who have submitted tenders in accordance with the invitation to tender shall be selected as service providers in the order of preference of the lowest price. The estimated total value of the procurement, excluding VAT, for the total duration of the procurement procedure, including option periods, is EUR 6 735 000. The contracting entity does not commit to any procurement volumes, but the service is ordered as needed.
