Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of design, coordination, implementation and evaluation services of entrepreneurship and innovation programs aimed at students, alumni and teaching and research staff (PDI) of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). The framework agreement aims to allow the procurement of specific programmes, adaptable to different areas, maturity levels of the projects and target groups, ensuring common minimum requirements for quality, methodology and results.
