Description

The City of Hämeenlinna requests your tender for the procurement of a cold distribution chain for food waste and the related transport and storage service in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The content of the service to be procured is set out in the service description attached to the invitation to tender, Annex 1. The procurement exceeds the EU threshold, which is why the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016) applies to the procurement procedure. The object of the procurement is CPV code 55521200-0, Meal transport services The procurement has been saved in the HILMA reporting channel (www.hankintailmotys.fi) The estimated maximum value of the procurement per calendar year, excluding VAT, is EUR 80,000 (VAT 0%). This price cap cannot be exceeded. If the price of the tender exceeds the stated maximum price, the tender will be excluded from the tendering procedure. The contract period begins at the earliest after the procurement decision has become final, but no later than 3 months after the finality. The contract will be awarded for 2026-2028, after which it will be valid until further notice. The contract includes a notice period of six (6) months on the part of the customer and the service provider. One (1) contractor will be selected for the tendered service.
