Description

The City of Lohja will ask for your offer for the purchase of playgrounds for school and kindergarten properties owned by the City of Lohja, as well as equipment for playgrounds owned by the City of Lohja. Every year, the customer renews the furniture of playgrounds/parks based on the life cycle and the user's safety. The city of Lohja has a school and a kindergarten in properties with a total of 45 playgrounds and 35 public playgrounds. The customer concludes a framework contract with five (5) suppliers on the basis of a tendering procedure. The contract will be concluded for a period of 36 months. The starting point of the contract period will be specified as the procurement process progresses. Framework contracts will be concluded with the selected suppliers, without however obliging the subscriber to purchase the products specified in this invitation to tender. There is no hierarchy of suppliers of framework contracts. Furniture and play equipment must comply with all applicable safety regulations. Spare parts and accessories shall be available for a period corresponding to the general lifespan of the furniture and play equipment. The requirements and technical characteristics of the tools to be procured are specified in more detail in the section Criteria for the subject of the contract in the invitation to tender. The products are merely examples of the tools to be procured and are used in this context to compare offers, so that the characteristics are not binding on the range of products to be procured. The customer does not commit to any minimum purchase quantities for the purchase. The characteristics of the products to be procured during the contract period will be defined separately according to needs. Products from several different suppliers can be ordered for the same destination. The customer reserves the right to put the investment objects out to tender separately, The previous procurement exceeding the national threshold for the same object had to be suspended because it was evident from the tenders that the EU threshold would be exceeded in the procurement.
