Reagents and consumables for own analysers. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Deadline by which clarifications may be requested by economic operators interested in accessing the award procedure: until the 18th day before the deadline for the receipt of tenders.According to Art.160 para.2 and Art.161 of Law 98/2016). The maximum estimated value per subsequent contract can be found in Section II.2 List of lots. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
