Description

The procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Single-awarded framework agreements with a maximum are concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. They will give rise to the issue of order forms. The services are divided into 2 lots. Each lot will be subject to a framework agreement. The maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 360 000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 320 000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Candidates have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots. Each framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period shall be one year.
