Subject matter of these services: Framework agreement for the conclusion of various insurance policies for residential and healthcare company Wervik. The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for insurance services for the Housing and Care Company Wervik. The contract covers the following insurance sectors: 1. Fire insurance 2. Civil liability 3. Insurance vehicles 4. Accidents at work 5. Other insurance: a. All risks b. Driver's liability c. Physical accidents members of the General Assembly d. Objective liability fire and explosion e. Global insurance against theft f. All risks electronics g. All risks permanent residence of objects h. Accidents at work volunteers i. Civil liability and physical accidents service centre j. Omnium service movement k. Insurance various bicycles and adapted mobility equipment The contract is awarded as a whole. WZB Wervik wishes to transfer the entire insurance portfolio to a single service provider in order to ensure coherent risk management, favourable premiums based on global claims statistics and efficient cooperation with the chosen service provider. The contract concerns services within the meaning of Article 2(21) of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. Duration of the contract The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and has an initial duration of four years, with the possibility of extension for two consecutive periods of one year each.
