Description

The municipality of Pyhänttä requests offers for real estate management services in accordance with this invitation to tender. The invitation to tender concerns the works to be carried out in the buildings of the municipality of Pyhänttä, as specified in Annex 1. The contract is valid from 1.10.2026 to 30.9.2029. The contract is valid for a fixed term, after which the contract can be extended for one three-year option period from 1 October 2029 to 30 September 2032. The exercise of the stock option period shall be agreed no later than four (4) months before the beginning of the stock option period.
