Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of telecommunications services by a mobile operator (hereinafter also referred to as ‘services’ or ‘telecommunications services’) for the Olomouc Region and its contributory organisations. Telecommunications services will be provided on the basis of a Framework Contract to be concluded with a single provider of telecommunications services. The subject of the services provided is, among other things, the conclusion and performance of participation contracts, as well as the regulation of the conditions relating to the provision of telecommunications services of subscribers to contracting entities. It is not excluded that some customers will accede to the framework contract later due to the termination of the obligation with the existing operator
