Description

The primary school Deichhorst is being built as a compact, three-storey new building in the KfW 40 standard with components in the passive house standard. The load-bearing construction consists predominantly of reinforced concrete, the extensively greened flat roof is extensively covered with photovoltaic modules. The rebounding technical floor as a lightweight steel structure on the roof, is clad with sandwich elements and takes up the ventilation technology. The facade is designed as a clinker facade with post-bolt windows made of wood-aluminium and colored glass elements. Inside, two main areas of use are foreseen: a daycare area on the ground floor for 2 groups, with associated adjoining rooms, as well as a cafeteria, an output kitchen, music room and a multifunctional usable room. In the 1st The upper floor is the school area with a vintage cluster, as well as teacher offices, therapy room and library.
