Description

The INOSAT L2 project includes, in the Chute to Stack lot, the "oven-boiler" (F.C.) and "smoke treatment" (F.T.) processes, including the related electrical and control technology. The Chute to Stack lot includes furnace and boiler elements with a gridded municipal waste incineration line with a nominal capacity of 15 t/h and a gross thermal capacity of 56 MW in a new incineration building to be built at the northern end of the existing pit. This lot includes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of combustion (air system, grate, combustion control and slag extraction) as well as the boiler, the 3-field electrofilter, the external economiser and all necessary auxiliary systems (conveyors, pumps, pipes, piping, instrumentation, actuators, wiring, etc.). In addition, the Chute to Stack lot includes the treatment of fumes for a flow rate of approximately 80’000 Nm3/h. It includes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a four-stage wet washing unit (quench/acid stage, neutral stage, fine dust removal, condensation stage), an SCR system on clean fumes (steam-smoked exchanger, ammoniacal water injection, SCR catalyst), two smoke-smoked exchangers (washer system and SCR system), a draft fan, a smoke-water exchanger and a chimney with all the necessary auxiliary units (pumps, pipes, piping, instrumentation, actuators, wiring, etc.). The Chute to Stack lot also includes medium and low voltage systems and control technology for the new line.
