Description

The subject of this public contract is the supply of equipment of the ORL hall with instrumentation, including accessories for the needs of the Motol Cancer Centre FNMH. The apparatus offered must comply with the technical requirements for the subject-matter of performance laid down by the contracting authority, to the extent laid down in Annex 1 to the purchase contract – Technical specification of the subject-matter of performance. The subject of performance also includes: (i.) Installation and commissioning of the apparatus, including verification of its functionality, performance of all prescribed tests and tests. (ii.) Instruction/training of medical personnel by a person authorised to do so pursuant to Section 41 of Act No 375/2022 on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (‘Act No 375/2022’). (iii.) Warranty and post-warranty servicing of the apparatus to be carried out by a person authorised to do so, on the basis of the manufacturer’s certificate of training as a service technician pursuant to Sections 44-46 of Act No 375/2022.
