Award of contracts for: "Supply and distribution of bakery products and milk and milk products under the Romanian School Scheme for the school year 2026-2027", on two lots: - Lot I- Bakery products- croissants and simple pretzels - Lot II- Milk and milk products- UHT milk, yoghurt/baked milk/drinking yoghurt. Free provision for pre-schoolers in full-time 4-hour state kindergartens and pupils in state primary and secondary education, as well as for pre-schoolers and pupils in special education, milk and milk products and bakery products, up to a daily/pre-school/pupil value. The daily value limit shall comprise the full purchase price of the products, including value added tax, their transport, distribution and storage costs, where applicable. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers - Section I.3) Communication, respectively the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests/additional information received from interested economic operators on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Responses to requests for clarifications regarding the tender documentation will be published in SEAP, under the section "List, clarifications, notifications and decisions" of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016. Note: Estimates of quantities for each lot can be found in Annex 1 to the Specifications and in Data Sheet – Section II.2 – LIST OF LOTS.
