1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer and office equipment to the IHAR-PIB in Radzikowo together with the installation and training of the Contracting Authority's staff. 2. If, when describing the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 2 and the mouth. 3 of the PPL Act, solutions equivalent to those described are allowed. Each phrase recorded in the FTZ referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference system shall be read with the accompanying note 'or equivalent'. 5. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate in the tender which items of the tender contain equivalent solutions together with their description or standards and to demonstrate that the equivalent solutions offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, in particular by the means of evidence in question. 7. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework contract. 9. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of an offer using an electronic auction. 10. The contracting authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure, subject to Article 261 of the Public Procurement Law. 11. The contracting authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Art. 1 uPzp. 12. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues or the inclusion of electronic catalogues in the offer. 13. Source of funding: The contract is co-financed by the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, on the basis of contract No HAR.KPOD.01.19­IP.04­0032/23 for non-repayable support from the Development Plan (DRP) for part of investment A2.4.1 for the implementation of the project entitled ‘Central Laboratory for the Phenotyping and Genotyping of Agricultural Plants’, concluded on 23.11.2023.
