Beskrivning

Klepp kommune wants to make the case archives digitally accessible in order to be able to offer the best possible service to the municipality’s residents by simplifying processes, information levels are increased and the decision basis is better. The aim is to safeguard the information value of the paper archive and make the archives more easily accessible for internal and external users.
The assignment involves the following assignments:
— freight of archives from the customer to the tenderer’s premises,
— safekeeping of archives during the digital process,
— readying for digitising,
— digitising,
— recording of key information,
— retrieving, digitising and making requested cases accessible within 24 hours,
— making digitised cases accessible in the web solution,
— freighting of archives to the Inter-Municipal Archive in Rogaland,
— operation of the access system,
— accessibility, operation etc. if the operation of the company changes or ceases.
