Kinsealy Co. Dublin Development Partner
: Kinsealy lands (as more particularly described at Section 2.1 of this PQQ) is a key strategic development located in Kinsealy Village, County Dublin, Ireland and form part future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordable for saele and social homes. The proposed development will deliver 193 new homes consisting of 153 affordable for saele homes, 40 duplexes under Part V social housing provision and a creche, ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys. There are four principal house types, of which there are variations for mid and endof terrace instances, and the predominant house type is a 3bedroom 2storey midterrace dwelling. The scheme also includes owndoor 3bedroom duplex dwellings over owndoor 2bedroom ground floor apartments. All of the 20 no. ground floor apartments are designed as Universal Design or AgeFriendly dwellings. A total of 229 no. car parking spaces are provided in a combination of oncurtilage and onstreet parking through the scheme and 345 no. bicycle parking spaces.
