Opis

Gjerdrum municipality shall establish a memorial site in connection with the avalanche accident 30.12.20. The municipality shall procure consultancy services with expertise at a memorial. These types of processes are demanding, and experience with comparable processes shows that it requires thoughtful planning to avoid conflicts. There are many parties to deal with and many different considerations that should be weighed up against each other. This includes, among other things, an ongoing dialogue with relatives, who can have very different views, and a good process connected to the place of memorial that in turn affects both areas, landowners and neighbours. At the same time, there will be great interest and probably media attention that must be handled wisely. The administration believes that a success criterion would be to involve an experts with experience from similar types of processes. The contracting authority has examined the market and has found that Tor Einar Fagerland and Atle Aas in a close cooperation are the only consultancy purchase that can satisfy the needs required in this process. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for two binding contracts with the mentioned consultants, with a framework of NOK 1,000,000. We set the deadline for objections until December 15th.
