This report is the stakeholder consultation report that is drafted in the context of the impact assessment support study State of play and barriers to the use of electronic transport documents for freight transport: Options for EU level policy interventions. In the frame of this study, an extensive consultation activity has been implemented, which is reported in this document. The structure of this document is the following: - Chapter 2 presents a high level overview of stakeholders on the initiative ; - Chapter 3 presents the results of the open public consultation ; - Chapter 4 presents the results of the survey that has been completed by the SME panel ; - Chapter 5 presents the results of the targeted survey that was carried out by Ecorys and its partners for this study ; - Chapter 6 provides the key results of the interviews that were conducted by Ecorys and its partners.
