Descrição: The quality will be evaluated based on the tender's fulfilment of the requirements that the Contracting Authority has set in the requirement specification. This includes both general requirements and specific requirements for each sub-contract. General requirements must always be filled in, and specific requirements must be filled in for the offered sub-contracts. Under the specific requirements, the Contracting Authority will, where the product ́s nature suggests that it is relevant, evaluate user friendliness, functionality, material quality (BFM), environment (M), assortment breadth (SB) and packaging system/stores (EL), as stated in the requirement specification per sub-contract (see the tender documentation's Requirement Specification). The quality evaluation will be carried out by professionals from the health companies based on the tenderer ́s response in the tender requirement specification, tab General Requirements, column G "Response/referral to annex" and tab Specific Requirements, column F "Response/referral to annex", any submitted product samples, and the professionals ́expression of any previous experience with offered products from clinical activities. demonstration and any further clinical testing of the products. Descrição: The price will be evaluated based on the total price per sub-contract, based on the offered prices for the listed reference articles in the tender's Price Form, tab Price Information. One price shall be given for delivery directly to the health companies in column L and one price for delivery to the regional supply system in Helse Sør-Øst (The Supply Centre, FS) in column M. Submitted price on delivery directly to the health companies and submitted a price for delivery to FS is weighted 30% and 70%, respectively, by calculation as regards the estimated amount per year in column J. Price will be evaluated according to the relative method. Tenders with the lowest total sum for price will achieve grade 6. The ratings for the other tender offers are calculated according to the following formula: [(Total best tenders)/(Total tender X)]*6= Price character tender X. The tender contest does not require tenders for all the requested reference articles. The price evaluation will be based on comparable offered products from the different tenderers. Missing tenders for reference articles will be a part of the evaluation of assortment breadth. The sizes etc. stated in the price form are intended as a guideline. Tenderers offer the product in their assortment that is closest to the stated measurements. If the same product in the tenderer ́s assortment corresponds to several reference articles, it is possible to offer the same product on several lines. In cases where the tenderer has several products that correspond to the stated specifications on a reference article, the tenderer should choose one reference product that is stated on the reference article line (the tenderer's recommended product or product in its assortment with the largest expected turnover). Other varieties are stated in the "Additional Assortment". Products offered under "Additional Assortment" are offered with the same price calculation as the reference products. If the tenderer has, in their assortment, product series from different manufacturers for the same lot, this can be offered as parallel tender offers, cf. the competition provisions 3.4.
