The Contractor's commitment to safeguard environmental considerations and reduce climate emissions in the contract period, e.g. connected to products/materials and components, transport, waste minimisation and re-use. 3. Routines for reporting and following-up the offered climate and environmental choice to the builder. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the Tenderer ́s tender is binding in the execution of the contract, see part II B.2 Special contract terms, point 4.
