Opis

Location de matériels et outillages - 2025-2028 Conformément aux articles R.2162-2 et R2162-4-2° du Code de la Commande publique, l'acquisition des prestations sera effectuée par des accords-cadres à bons de commande et marchés subséquents, sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 150 000 Euros HT par an et par lot. Les marchés passés par accord-cadre à bons de commande et marchés subséquents sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 150 000,00 euros HT par an et par lot sont conclus pour une période d'un an à compter du 1er janvier 2025 ou de leur date de notification si elle est postérieure. Il sont reconductibles tacitement 3 fois, pour une période de 1 an, soit une durée maximale de 4 ans. Conformément aux articles R.2162-2 et R2162-4-2° du Code de la Commande publique, l'acquisition des prestations sera effectuée par un accord-cadre à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec les montants indicatifs annuels indiqués ci-après : Lot n° 1 : Service territorial d'aménagement d'AUTUN - LE CREUSOT - 60 000 Euros HT Lot n° 2 : Service territorial d'aménagement du CHAROLAIS - BRIONNAIS- 85 000 Euros HT Lot n° 3 : Service territorial d'aménagement du CHALONNAIS - 40 000 Euros HT Lot n° 4 : Service territorial d'aménagement du LOUHANNAIS - 30000 Euros HT Lot n° 5 : Service territorial d'aménagement du MACONNAIS - 60 000 Euros HT
