It is envisioned that the successful framework members will be accountancy practitioners or consultancy firms with a proven track record in carrying out financial due diligence and making critical recommendations on the actions necessary to address the growth profile of the companies under review. These evaluations require a detailed analysis of the company seeking funding and a set of proposals for Enterprise Ireland’s potential investment in the company. It is emphasised that it is a condition for the establishment of this framework agreement that the strictest confidentiality must be maintained by framework members at all times. Indeed, for individual contracts awarded under this framework agreement, Enterprise Ireland may request that sufficiently rigorous confidentiality agreements are entered into.
