Opis

The purpose of procuring a streaming system is increased publicity in political meetings, digitization in accordance with the smart city ambitions, and a desire to increase involvement in local politics.
The municipality has since 2017 had a regular video stream of political meetings of the Municipal Council, the Municipal Executive Board, and the main committees. Other committees have also occasionally held streaming sessions, especially during lockdowns in connection with the pandemic.
Attached to the notice are vital documents that the Contracting Authority intends to use in the tender contest: Requirement specification and the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Assistance (SSAB-L)
The contracting authority wishes, through this prior information notice, to receive input from suppliers on these documents and any other conditions/input relevant to the procurement process.
Input must be sent to the contracting authority via the communication module in Mercell, by 20.04.2023, 12:00.
