This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) published on behalf of the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP) seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of an integrated health and Social Care Greater Manchester Single Shared Careers Gateway. The Gateway will play a key role in achieving the overall Greater Manchester (GM) workforce strategic priorities. The Gateway will essentially:
— support our local population in obtaining jobs in health and social care (grow our own),
— support our current workforce in securing opportunities to further develop and upskill (leadership and talent development),
— increase awareness of the GM brand and
— subsequently assist in filling our hard to fill workforce gaps (filling difficult gaps).
