Beschrijving

The contract is for the procurement of works related to asphalting. The Agency for Urban Environment in Bergen municipality is the contracting authority. The contract will include the renovation of approx. 20 stretches of road each year. The aim of this programme is to improve the general condition of the municipal roads in Bergen municipality, with the aim of a more reliable road network. In addition it may be necessary to have more ad-hoc embossed asphalting. The procurement covers all aspects of proper road renovation, from the asphalt cover to the supporting layer when necessary. This includes roadsides and pavements, improvements to drainage conditions, optimisation of veigeometry and shall ensure an upgraded road network with a generally better structure and asphalt cover. The contract includes social responsibility requirements. The award of contract Award criteria for this competition is price and EPD, where the tenderer with the lowest competition sum is awarded the contract. The competition sum will be calculated by the tender price being given a mark-up based on the amount of CO2eq emissions. See the other procurement documents for further information.
