Prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență 2020 – 2026, Pilonul I ”Tranziția Verde”, Componenta 2 ”Păduri și protecția biodiversității”, Investiția 4.4.program coordonat de Ministerul Mediului, Apelor și Pădurilor, conform Contractului de Finanțare nr. 6878/23.08.2022 ,Institutul Național de Cercetare și Dezvoltare pentru Protecția Mediului București asigură realizarea Proiectului cu titlul :Implementarea unui sistem de monitorizare a sturionilor sălbatici de-a lungul Dunării de Jos Investiția, Investiția4. Investiții integrate de reconstrucție ecologică a habitatelor și conservarea speciilor aferente pajiștilor, zonelor acvatice și dependente de apă, Subinvestiția 4.4 . Implementarea unui sistem de monitorizare a sturionilor sălbatici de-a lungul Dunării de Jos, Componenta 2:Păduri și protecția biodiversității, cod C2/I4.4, respectiv activitățile aferente Jalonului 39 – Rețea operaționalizată de monitorizare, comunicare și transmitere date a sturionilor sălbatici.Obiectul contractului este dat de necesitatea achiziţiei a 4 bucăți autovehicule cu nivel scăzut de emisii de carbon, 4 x 4 Hybrid Plug-in, de teren pregătite pentru condiții de iarnă și drumuri grele pentru asigurarea mentenanței sistemului de monitorizare și transport probe ADN și tractare ambarcațiuni.
