Beschrijving: In this competition, the contracting authority has assessed that it would give a better climate and environmental effect to set requirements for the procurement, cf. the procurement regulations § 7-9 (3). See the regulations on emission requirements for vehicles for public procurement for road transport (FOR-2022-12-20-2384). The objective of the regulations is to ensure that the public procurement of vehicles contributes to promote and stimulate the market for zero emission systems in road transport. The municipality has dealt with this with the implementation of the procurement. About climate and environmental requirements, see the requirement specifications point 13.
