Analogous to Article 32 2 (b) for a derogation from tendering for the promotion of UL's Undergraduate/Postgraduate/Research courses to African students via Education Fairs, Schools/Universities visits and social media, liaising with and training African Student Recruitment Agents, extending relationships with university partners and with relevant government bodies on behalf of the university.
