The provision of swimming pool plant maintenance and repair to include:
— inspect all pipework for leaks repair if required, operate valves remove and lubricate if valves are not free,
— isolate filter pump and clean strainer basket, inspect condition grease o, ring and remove any corrosion build up,
— check operation of pumps and flow rate dismantle and inspect impellor if required,
— check calorifier and controls for operation; inspect all motorised valves for wear and tear. Test operation of thermostats, re- calibrate if required,
— inspect filter pressure gauges and flow meter, clean flow meter if required, check mercury level and top up if necessary, test pressure gauges on and off line,
— check media quality and quantity and filter inner walls and pipework,
— check chemical control unit using signal generators calibrate if necessary,
— check and clean ph and all probes, check leads for defects,
— check hypo dosing pump, remove wet end, inspect diaphragm, seal plates, balls, foot valve and discharge nipple. Replace faulty parts clean down and re- assemble,
— check operation of agitator, remove chlorine build up on shaft and check wear on proppellor,
— Inspect condition of hypo/day bund tanks for defects, remove and clean sediment from base of day tank if required.
