Open procedure
Provision of electronic publications, which includes the following tasks: to define, produce, update, maintain, archive and/or migrate electronic publications, such as websites, videos, CD/DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, adapt publications to other media (PDA, mobile, USB key, DVD, CD, Blu-ray Disc, etc.), manage website tools and services, provide editorial services for electronic publications, provide graphic services, perform quality control tasks on websites and give training courses.
The different services covered by the call for tender are:
lot 1: electronic publishing based on Documentum CWCMS (Corporate Web Content Management System) platform;
lot 2: electronic publishing based on Microsoft SharePoint Server;
lot 3: electronic publishing based on open-source platforms;
lot 4: electronic publishing based on other proprietary platforms. Offline products;
lot 5: audiovisual production;
lot 6: editorial services for electronic publications.
