Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to a competition for engineering services in connection with the preparation of a preliminary project and tender documentation for a turnkey contract for Vesterntunet Sheltered Accomodation Centre. The municipality plans to construct a new nursing home that shall meet the needs of elderly people in the municipality in the future. The offered personnel shall participate in a large engineering design group led by a project manager at Ringerike municipality. All offered personnel shall, if needed, provide input for the preparation of general documents and plans such as engineering design plans, progress plans, document plans, calculations, etc.

Descrizione: The contracting authority would like presentations of the persons offered in the assignment. An account shall be made of how the assignment is intended to be solved in terms of resource use. The account shall be related to the stated distribution of hours in the price form (not for evaluation). The response shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages. How will tenderers distribute resource use between the price categories? Why are these people offered in the assignment, what can they particularly contribute? How will the team contribute to the preliminary project phase to get a good preliminary project over to the execution phase? The contracting authority will judge the tenderer ́s response. How the assignment is intended to be solved and which resources are offered, and how much of the different resources will be connected to the contract work. The contracting authority shall weight the persons offered in the team in this sub-criteria. CVs shall be enclosed per offered person. The CVs shall as a minimum include information on formal competence, as well as real competence. The contracting authority will emphasise positively, experience from equivalent work, in equivalent type of project. By an equivalent character, we mean projects with; Same function/purpose Approx. the same size and complexity of the project Contract form, turnkey contract NS 8407 Experience from the preliminary project phase The relevant person ́s role in the project in question, with duration and extent. Experience from projects with high environmental ambitions The CV shall have a maximum of 3 A4 pages, including illustrations for a reference project. Reference persons with contact information must be provided for the three most important reference projects. If the contracting authority finds it necessary, interviews shall be conducted with the tenderers who are most relevant. The interviews can as a minimum be conducted with three relevant teams.
