a) To undertake to treat the information as confidential and commercially sensitive at all times and take all reasonable steps to prevent any inadvertent disclosure to any third party.
b) That under no circumstances will any of the information be disclosed by your organisation or your personnel to any third party without the Council's prior consent in writing.
c) That the information supplied will be stored securely and destroyed or returned to the Council, after your Organisation's bid has been submitted or you decide not to proceed with a tender submission.
d) That you will indemnify the Council for any losses, arising from your breach or breach by any of your personnel of these confidentiality requirements specified above and data protection requirements in relation to TUPE Staffing Information.
e) The requirements above apply whether the supplier uploads a tender response to this procurement or not.
The Council wants to commission the following, countywide services:
— a service that supports small charities and social enterprises to set up and develop capacity and sustainability, including help securing funding; and
— a service that will support, develop and promote local volunteering and time banking opportunities, including the coordination of a volunteer recognition scheme and improving access to volunteering opportunities.
The tender will be split in to 2 separate Lots:
— Lot 1 Representing and developing the voluntary and community sector in Hertfordshire;
— Lot 2 Supporting, developing and promoting local opportunities to volunteer.
It is anticipated that significant partnership and collaborative working will be required to deliver these services successfully to all areas of Hertfordshire.
The current anticipated annual budget for these services is c. 263 000 GBP pa.
The Council is currently anticipating awarding a 2 year contract, with the possibility of a 12 month extension.
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 and is for community services.
