Description

The tenderer shall carry out the following works for Hamar municipality:
— Demolition/removal of the existing asphalted covers, fences, light masts etc.
— Excavating and transporting matter in the area where the athletics track shall be built as well as the accompanying areas. Includes transporting surplus matter to a depot.
— Refilling frostproof matter that shall be compacted under the actual sports track. Here it is to be filled up with surplus matter for weighting in the subsidence period in accordance with the services. Measuring equipment (Sigplötur) in accordance with the specifications for measuring subsidence over a fixed period shall be installed and run throughout the entire work process.
— Transporting surplus matter that can be used for weighting in the subsidance period.
— Installations in the ground that belong to the development. Including surface water, water and electricity.
— Foundations for light masts and fences at the edge of the sports ground as well as all foundations that are needed under the actual sports track.
— Top sub-base and levelling layer under the natural grass surfaces on the athletics track.
— Asphalting with 2 layer 'pop-korn asphalt' as a substructure for an artificial cover on the running tracks.
— Laying/assembly of an artifical cover on the running tracks as well as surface marking.
— Sub-base and levelling layer under the asphalted area outside the athletics track between the running tracks and the fence as well as the other asphalted areas shown on the drawings.
— Football pitch with sown natural grass complete with equipment needed for the assembly of goals, corner markings and other accompanying equipment. Including surface marking on the football pitch.
— Spectator grandstands for the athletics track as well as speaker/timing hut.
— Installation of light masts with lights in accordance with the drawings.
— Development of green areas and completed surfaces with stone covers, asphalt or other surface in accordance with the drawings.
The projct is part of the project Børstad sports ground for the development of Børstad secondary school and a future sports ground in Hamar municipality.
