The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement to cover Forsvaret's need for chemical products for use in connection with all types of military systems/materials in the broadest sense. The supplier must be able to deliver to all of Forsvaret's divisions across the entire country.
Delivery of chemical shall be done through parallel framework agreements with up to 3 Suppliers where Supplier A has the first priority, Supplier B has second priority and Supplier C has third priority to supply over the framework agreement.
Duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from contact date. Buyer reserves the right to unilaterally extend the framework agreement by up to 12 months x 2.
The framework agreement is estimated to have a value between 8 000 000 NOK and 15 000 000 excluding VAT per year.
The estimates are given according to the Buyer's best knowledge and are not intended as a higher or lower limit for what can be interpreted as over the framework agreement. The stated values shall not set up any obligations for withdrawal or purchase. The specific output is dependant on the Buyer's need during the contractual period.
